Profile photo and what clients see
In short: the profile photo is cropped to a circle in your browser. Clients see it only if you turn on Show profile photo to clients — it’s off by default.
Upload a photo
Section titled “Upload a photo”- Open the menu on your avatar at the top → Account settings.
- In Profile photo tap Upload photo (or Replace). JPEG, PNG or WEBP.
- Drag the photo in the frame (or use the arrow keys) and set the Zoom. Under «It will look like this:» you see the result.
- Tap Save. The photo is saved as a 512×512 px square.
Show it to clients
Section titled “Show it to clients”Turn on Show profile photo to clients. It then appears next to your name in galleries and the portfolio, and as the photo in the portfolio header. Off — clients see only your name. If there is no photo yet, the switch asks you to «Upload a photo first.»
Remove it
Section titled “Remove it”Tap Remove. You’ll see «Photo removed»; the file is erased from storage soon after.
If it didn’t work
Section titled “If it didn’t work”- «Couldn’t open the file — choose a JPEG or PNG.» The browser couldn’t read the file. Try another photo or save it as JPEG first.
