Views and downloads stats
In short: each gallery counts views and downloads. You see the totals on the gallery, per access, and for 7 and 30 days on the home page. We count numbers only — never who.
Where to look
Section titled “Where to look”- The gallery page, under the title: photos and size, then views and downloads for the whole life of the gallery. The same numbers are on its card in Galleries.
- Access in the gallery settings: each access shows its own views and downloads, so you see whether a given person opened the gallery. See Participant access.
- The home page, card Clients: views and downloads of all your galleries for 7 days and 30 days. See Home.
What counts
Section titled “What counts”- A view — each time the gallery is opened.
- A download — a ZIP archive or a single file the client saves. On a phone, photos prepared for Save to Photos count even if the client didn’t confirm the batch — so the number is approximate.
- Your own visits don’t count, while you’re signed in to the cabinet in that browser. Open as client is safe to use.
