Sharing: link, password, messenger preview
In short: tap Share with client at the top of the gallery. The link and the password are copied as one message in the gallery’s language — paste it into any messenger or email.
Send the gallery
Section titled “Send the gallery”- Open the gallery and tap Share with client.
- Paste the message into a chat or an email. It looks like: “Your photos “Wedding”: link” and, for a gallery with a password, “Password: …” on the next line.
- The Not sent yet badge next to the title disappears.
Before sending, check how it looks with Open as client — it opens the gallery in a new tab.
Several people, several passwords
Section titled “Several people, several passwords”Each participant access has its own Share button in the Access group. It copies the link with that person’s password, or with “Participant code: …” in an open gallery. Send each person their own message.
Only the link
Section titled “Only the link”In the Access group the Link field has Copy. For a gallery with a password, send the password separately — Copy password on the access card.
The link looks like <your address>.picsme.app/<gallery address>. The gallery’s part is the Address field just
above; an open gallery with a simple address can be guessed — see Gallery address.
What the preview shows in messengers
Section titled “What the preview shows in messengers”| Gallery | Preview |
|---|---|
| Open | Title, your name and the cover |
| With password | “Protected gallery” and your name, no title or cover |
| Access ended | “Gallery unavailable” and your name |
