Coming next (being tested, not released yet)

Section titled “Coming next (being tested, not released yet)”
  • Direct connection, no network intermediary. The site, cabinet and galleries open directly from our server in the EU, so they keep working when Spanish providers block shared network-provider addresses on match days. Encryption (TLS) ends on our server. Subprocessors.

  • Emails are on. Notifications now also arrive by email: photos that failed to process, a gallery closed after password guessing, a finished selection. They come from no-reply@mail.picsme.app. Subprocessors.

  • New name and address: picsme.app. The cabinet moves to studio.picsme.app, and a client opens a gallery at <your address>.picsme.app/<gallery>; your address is also your portfolio’s. Cabinet pages lose /app in their address (studio.picsme.app/settings); old /app/… links still work. After the move, sign in at studio.picsme.app once; clients of password galleries enter the password once more. The portfolio is seen only after Publish portfolio. Gallery address, Publishing the portfolio.

  • Several passwords per gallery. Up to 20 personal passwords with a label and their own permissions, private sections, and photo selection with a heart, a soft limit and “Finish”. Export the selection to Lightroom, Capture One or CSV. Participant access, Photo selection, Export selection.

  • Notifications. A bell in the dashboard: failed photos, password guessing, a finished selection. Email copies will follow once sending is connected. Home.

  • New portfolio. City, genres, prices, social links, visibility and simple view and click counts. Portfolio profile, Portfolio stats.

  • This help center. In English and Ukrainian, with search.

  • New gallery screen. Settings are grouped on the left, the right side shows the photos or how the client sees the gallery. Changes save by themselves, with Undo for a few seconds. Create a gallery.
  • Dark theme “Graphite”, grid layouts (square, justified, masonry) with adjustable spacing, and section covers. Photo numbers run through the whole gallery by default. Look.
  • Location data is now removed from HEIC, PNG and WebP photos too, not only JPEG. GPS and metadata.
  • “All photos” downloads always keep the gallery order.
  • Four cover layouts and a title font. Cover.
  • Photos keep the gallery order after download, on phones and in ZIP files. Download order.
  • Reordering photos with multi-select, photo numbers, “Back to top”, a strip showing when access ends, a show password button and hints for stronger gallery passwords. Ordering photos.
  • Profile photo crop fixes.
  • Profile photo (shown to clients only if you allow it), an account menu and a home dashboard. Avatar, Home.
  • Under-the-hood improvements.
  • A full-screen gallery cover on computers; clearer errors when saving to iPhone.
  • Sign in with Google; the gallery title shows after the password is entered; the privacy policy page. Deleting a gallery, photo or account now also erases the files from storage.
  • Your password is asked again before linking or unlinking Google and before deleting the account. Account security.
  • Daily encrypted database backups, described in the privacy policy. Where photos are stored.
