What we know about your clients

In short: almost nothing. Clients have no accounts and never give us a name or email. For each access you see a few counters and the client’s selection — no IP addresses, devices or visit times.

Only the gallery password. No sign-up, no name, no email. Cookies are technical only: one remembers that the gallery has been opened.

When you give a client a personal access, you type its label yourself (“Anna”, “bride”). For each access we keep:

  • how many times the gallery was opened and photos downloaded with it;
  • whether the client finished the selection, and which photos they marked with a heart.

That’s all: no IP address, no browser or device, no time of each action.

  • IP addresses are held only in server memory, to stop gallery password guessing, and are never written down.
  • Gallery and account statistics are plain daily numbers — views, downloads, uploads — with nothing about who viewed. Your own views don’t count.

Access counters and selections live as long as the gallery. A revoked access stops working, but you still see its selection. Deleting the gallery deletes all of it; backups clear out on their own later, as described in the Privacy policy.

You decide what to collect and share with clients — you are the controller, we only process the data for you. See Privacy and GDPR: you are the controller.
