Gallery unavailable or wrong password

In short: most of the time it’s a typo in the password or the link, or access has ended. Check them, then ask your photographer — only they can change the password or extend access.

Wrong password. Attempts left: N. Type the 6 digits again, carefully. Copy them from your photographer’s message if you can.

Too many attempts. Try again in 15 minutes. After 5 wrong tries the gallery makes you pause for 15 minutes. Wait and try again, or ask your photographer to send the password once more.

Too many attempts. Ask the photographer to update the password. The gallery has stopped taking passwords for a while, for everyone. Message your photographer: they can set a new password.

Access to this gallery has ended. The date your photographer set has passed. Ask them to extend access.

Gallery not found — «The gallery was not found or access to it has ended. Contact your photographer.» The link is incomplete, the gallery was deleted, or its access has ended. Check that you copied the whole link; if it still doesn’t open, ask your photographer for a fresh link.

Page not found. The address is mistyped or out of date: the photographer may have changed the gallery address. Open the link from your photographer’s message again or ask them for the current one.

No connection. Check your internet. Check Wi-Fi or mobile data and try again.
