Download everything to a computer

In short: click Download all at the top of the gallery, keep Original and click Download archive. You get one ZIP file with all the photos.

  1. Click Download all at the top right.
  2. Choose what to download: All photos or the section you’re in.
  3. Choose the size: Original (full quality, as delivered by the photographer) or For phone and social media (2048 px on the long side, much smaller). The window shows how big each option is.
  4. Click Download archive and wait for the download to finish.
  5. Open the ZIP: double-click it on a Mac; on Windows, right-click it and choose Extract All.

A very large gallery? Download it section by section — it’s more reliable on a slow connection.

Open the photo, click Save and then Download photo. Or just press D while the photo is open — that downloads the original.

Files in the archive usually start with a number (001, 002…), so sorted by name they follow the order of the gallery. More in Why photos appear in a different order.

  • The download stopped halfway. Click Download archive again, or download by section.
  • There’s no Download all button. Your photographer has turned off downloads for this gallery, or for your password. Ask them.
  • On a phone? See Save photos to iPhone or Save photos on Android.
