Terms of service

The terms of picsme are a separate public page: Terms. If this page and the terms ever differ, the terms apply.

What the terms say today

picsme stores and shows photos on behalf of the photographer. The photographer is responsible for the photos; we only process them.
We collect no data about gallery clients.
Servers: a data centre in the EU (France), which also protects the network against attacks.

What will be added

Rules that can remove your data are added to the terms before they take effect.
