Forgot your password
In short: there is no «Forgot password» form yet. Ask the administrator for a password reset link and set a new password with it. If Google is connected to your account, you can simply Sign in with Google.
Set a new password
Section titled “Set a new password”- Ask the administrator for a password reset link. It works for 1 hour and only once.
- Open the link. The New password page opens.
- Enter a New password of at least 10 characters.
- Tap Save password.
- You’ll see «Password changed. Sign in with your new password.» Sign in.
After the change you are signed out on all devices. Sign in again where you need to.
If it didn’t work
Section titled “If it didn’t work”- «The link is invalid or expired.» Ask the administrator for a new link.
- «Too many attempts. Try again in … min.» Wait as long as the message says and try again.
- «This password is too common…» Choose another one. See Account password and security.
