Delete your account

In short: Delete account removes all galleries, the portfolio and files for good. Links stop working. This can’t be undone.

  1. Open the menu on your avatar at the top → Account settings.
  2. In Danger zone tap Delete account.
  3. In Type your email to confirm type the account email.
  4. If the account has a password, enter your Current password. Google-only accounts may be asked to Sign in with Google again.
  5. Tap Delete forever.

What happens

Section titled “What happens”
  • The account, galleries, portfolio and settings are removed from the service at once; you’re signed out.
  • Photo files are erased from storage shortly after.
  • To protect the service from abuse we keep a non-reversible fingerprint of your email address (not the address itself) for 12 months, then delete it.

If it didn’t work

Section titled “If it didn’t work”
  • The button is off. The service owner’s account can’t be deleted.
  • «Please sign in again to confirm.» Tap Sign in with Google and try again.
